Program Description
Cobble AI sends marketing, appointment reminder, and transactional SMS messages on behalf of partner clinics and to leads who have explicitly opted in via web form, quiz funnel, or written consent. Messages may include appointment confirmations, promotional offers, follow-up communications, and service-related notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Up to 10 messages per month per program. The exact number of messages depends on your interactions and the programs you are enrolled in.
Opt-in Method
Users opt in by submitting a web form, completing a quiz funnel, or providing written consent. A clear consent disclosure is shown at point of capture before submission. By providing your phone number and submitting the form, you expressly agree to receive SMS messages from Cobble AI and its partner clinics.
Opt-out Instructions
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP for help or contact information.
To rejoin the messaging program after opting out, text START to the number you received messages from.
You may also email angelo@cobble2.com to be removed from all messaging programs.
Cost and Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply. Cobble AI does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network availability.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.

Marketing
"Hi [Name], [Clinic Name] is offering 20% off Botox this month. Book your appointment today: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
Appointment Reminder
"Reminder: Your appointment at [Clinic Name] is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply YES to confirm or call us to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."
Transactional
"Thanks for your inquiry, [Name]. A member of the [Clinic Name] team will call you shortly. Reply STOP to opt out."
Privacy
Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or messaging data to third parties.
